Adopt Ordinance No. NS-327, amending Title 1 of the Carlnbac Municipal Code to extend the time in which a record 01 administrative proceedings shall be prepared.

Ordinance No. NS-327 was introduced at the regular City Council meeting of November 7, 1995. The second reading allows Counci:
to adopt the ordinance which would then become effective ir thirty days. The City Clerk will have the ordinance publishec within fifteen days, if adopted.

ORDINANCE NO. NS-327
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 1.16 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SUBSECTION 1.16.010(c) TO EXTEND THE TIME IN WHICH A RECORD OF PROCEEDINC
SHALL BE PREPARED
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californ:
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 1, Chapter 1.16 of the Carlsl
Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of subsect.
1.16.010(c) to read as follows:
Vhe complete record of the proceedings shall prepared by the city or its commission, board, officer, agent which made the decision and shall be delivered to party requesting such record within one hundred and nin days after he has filed a written request therefor. request for the preparation of the record of proceedings shall be filed with the person designated the final decision. Such person shall, within ten days such request, notify the party of the estimated cost of preparation of the requested record. The party request such record shall, within ten days of such notificatj deposit with the person designated in the decision amount sufficient to cover the estimated cost. If dux
