RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-338, amending Title 10, Chapter 10.44, of the Carlsbad Municipal Code by the amendment of Section 10.44.510 to establish a 30 mile per hour prima facie speed limit on Calle Acervo from Camino De Los Coches to its intersection with Calle San Blas.
ITEM EXPLXNATION
Ordinance No. NS-338 was introduced and first read at a regular City Council meeting on November 21, 1995.
The second readiny allows Council to adopt the ordinance which
would then become effective in thirty days. The City Clerk Will
have the ordinance published within fifteen days, if adopted.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ‘CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44, OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.51 0 TO ESTABLISH A
PRIMA FACIE 30 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON CALLE ACERVO FROM
CAMINO DE LOS COCHES TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH CALLE SAN BIAS.
