MTG. 12/19/95 CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS EMPLOYER- CITY
DEPT. HR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS CITY
RECOMMENDED ACTION:

That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss
employer-employee relations, salaries, salary schedules, and
compensation with designated staff as labor negotiators with respect
to the negotiations with the CCEA, CPOA, Police Management
Association employee organ izations and u n rep resented employees.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to
discuss employer-employee relations and negotiations
pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
