A RESOLUTION OF THE CIlY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAC
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT
NO. 85=70=1, RICE PROPERTY UNIT 1, PUD-81.
WHEREAS, Centex Real Estate Corporation, a Nevada Corporation, has sub
map known as Carlsbad Tract No. 85-10-1 to the City of Carlsbad for approval; ar
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 85-10-1 with cor
approved by the Planning Commission on April 23, 1986, pursuant to Resolution N
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Planning Commission Resolution N(
meeting of July 8, 1986, pursuant to Resolution No. 8661; and
WHEREAS, the Crty Council extended the tentative map on August 1
Resolution No. 93-233; and
WHEREAS, the Clty Engineer has determined that said map substantially cor
conditionally approved tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been complete
and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered public streets and public easements 1
to the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the Crty of Carlsbad General
requirements of Crty Codes and Standards; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be
interest to approve said Final Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Crty
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That said Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract No. 85-10-1 from Centex
Corporation which is on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated herein by
accepted.
3. That the City accepts the dedication of streets and public easements.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance
map.
5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be re(
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to First American Ti
Company for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
held on the 9th day of JANUARY , 1996 by the following vc
