RECOMMENDED ACTION:
- MTG. 1/9/96 CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS EMPLOYER-
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss
ern ployer-em plo yee relations, salaries, salary sc hed u les, and
compensation with designated staff as labor negotiators with respect
to the negotiations with the CCEA, CPOA, Police Management
Association employee organizations and unrepresented employees.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to
discuss employer-employee relations and negotiations
pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
