Two directors are selected by thc television operators within Carlsbad. The other five directc appointed by a majority vote of the members of the City Cc Additionally, per Council request, the Carlsbad Unified District nominates a trustee for one of the five Council-apl positions. i The term of the District‘s represent&ive, Tracy Carmichael, ( in January, 1996, and the Board of Trustees has nominated ’ appointed in January, 1995, to fill a term which expires in J, 1996.
