IECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
County, Case No. 94-1823-S(BTM); City v. session to discuss Coast Waste Manasement v.
County, Case No. N66415; and Ten Cities v.
County, Case No. 94-1525-IEG(POR), pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
