safely or at a reduced cost to the City. The plan also provides an opportunity fl
employees to be involved in the decision-making process. Any employee may submit
capital equipment request, generally for items between $1,000 and $25,000. The reque
must contain documentation of how the purchase will achieve one or more of the followir
goals:
1) Increase efficiency
