RECOMMENDED ACTION:

That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss
Coast General J.V. v. Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. N61626, pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(a).
