RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 96 - '?& accepting the grading of SDG&E easement on Oh Road, Project No. 346~complete and directin the City Clerk to record a NI Completion and release bonds in accordance with 8 tate Law and City Ordinance I ITEM EXPLANATION: I On October 17, 1995, Pahla Corporation was awarded a contract in the amount of 8 to grade SDG&E easement.
Pahla Corporation completed the work on November 13, 1995. City forces have in: said construction and found it to be satisfactory. Staff recommends formal acceptc the City Council.
This grading was necessa to relocate a 30" high pressure gas main out of the future construction. Since x DG&E has prior rights over the easement, the City rr the relocation costs. I FISCAL IMPACT:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE GRADING OF SDG & E EASEMENT ON
OLIVENHAIN ROAD, PROJECT NO. 3466A AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, construction of the grading of SDG&E easement on Olivenh
has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared;
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of the grading of SDG&E easement on Olivenhain ~
specifically identified as Project No. 3466A, is deemed complete and hereby acce]
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directec
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds shall be released in accordance with State Law and City 0
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
held on the 5 th day of MARCH , 1996 by the following
