I RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. p&- ?? 5 accepting the construction of Garfield St. Street Lights
located on Garfield Street, Project No.3464, as complete and directing the City Clerk to
record a Notice of Completion and release bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE GARFIELD
ST. STREET LIGHTS, PROJECT NO. 3464 AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, construction of the Garfield St. Street Lights on Garfield St. has been
satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of, the Garfield St. Street Lights, specifically identified as Project No.
3464, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds shall be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 5th day of MARCH , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
