That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Chasl
Waste Manaaement v. County, Case No. 94-1823-S(BTM); Citv v.
Countv, Case No. N66415; and Ten Cities v. Countv, Case No. 94-
1525-IEG(POR), pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a).
