ACCEPTANCE OF
PUBUC IMPROVEMENTS OF
CARLSBAD GOLF PRACTICE FACILITY

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 96 463 to accept the public improvements, authorize the City
Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Community
Services Department to commence maintaining the public improvements constructed south
of Haymar Drive and east of El Camino Real in the City of Carlsbad, California.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested
the City to accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public
improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
The public improvements constructed consist of installation of curb, gutter, sidewalks,
streetlights and sewer.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Community Services Department will be required to maintain the public improvements.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION, RELEASING BONDS, AND DIRECTING THE COMMUNITY
SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO COMMENCE MAINTAINING THE PUBUC
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED SOUTH OF HAYMAR DRIVE AND
EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA.
7 WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation of curb, gutter,
0 sidewalks, streetlights and sewer located south of Haymar Drive and east of El Camino Real in
9 the City of Carlsbad, California, have been successfully completed.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
11 California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is deemed
14 complete and hereby accepted.
15 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorlzed and directed to record the
Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds.
4. That the Community Services Department of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
