5 RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss West
Coast General J.V. v. Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. N61626;
Coast General Cow. v. Citv of Carlsbad, (Avenida Encinas), Case
No. N66859; West Coast General Cow. v. Citv of Carlsbad. (writ),
Case No. N69002; and new claim and potential lawsuit of West Coast
General CorD., against the City of Carlsbad for breach of contract,
pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a).
