A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
DONATIONS OF CASH AND suppoItT MATERIALS
VALUING A TOTAL OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED TWJ3NTY FIVE DOLLARS ($1,525) IN
SUPPORT OF THE 1996 AGUA HEDIONDA LAGOON
CLEAN UP PROGRAM, KRUGER HOUSE PREscHooL
PROGRAM AND SUPPLIES TO E"CE m
CITY FACILITIES AND PARK SITES.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has received donatior
materials and cash valuing a total of One Thousand Five Hundred Tt
Five Dollars in support of the 1996 Agua Hedionda Clean Up and KI
House Preschool Programs and supplies to enhance future City faci
and park sites;
WHEREAS, these donations have contributed to offsettini
city's cost of providing these special events and also contributed t
overall success and enjoyment of these programs by the participants;
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to acknowledge
benevolence of the community vendors and citizens who have contri
to these special events; and - WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept these contribut
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad the following:

That the City Council does hereby accept the cash and st
materials totaling one thousand five hundred twenty five dollars.
