ITEM EXPLANATION:
The term of Mildred West expires in September, 1996. M:
was appointed to the Commission in December, 1993, to f
unexpired term, and has served three years.
The appointee will serve a four year term, which will exl
September, 2000.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
TO THE CARLSBAD SENIOR COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Mildred West expires in Sep’
1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed tc
as a member of the Carlsbad Senior Commission for a t
