RECOMMENDED ACTION: CLK TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS CITY M( Adopt Resolution Nos. 96 -3% , 96 -32’3 , and 76-3-76 , appoi three members to the Traffic Safety Commission. ITEM EXPLANATION : The terms of Thomas Blake, James Courtney and James Stachoviak ex in July, 1996. MK. Blake was originally appointed in August, 1990, to fill an unex term. He wasreappointed in June, 1992, and has served six years Mr. Courtney was originally appointed in January, 1993, to fil unexpired term, and has served three years. Mr. Stachoviak was originally appointed in September, 1989, to fi unexpired term. He was reappointed in August, 1990, and in June, and has served seven years. Terms of appointees shall expire in July, 2000. Other members are: John Allen and Bud Green. NOTE : Members of the Traffic Safety Commission are subject tc requirements of the Political Reform Act, and must fi Statement of Economic Interest. EXHIBITS: 1.
