That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss SDinos v. City
of Carlsbad, Workers Compensation Appeals Board, Case Nos. SDO-
0206267 and SDO-0207600, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
