RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. $&- YO/ , appointing seven members to serve on the
Committee.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The City Council at its meeting of August 20, 1996 recognized the need for and est;
Barrio Plan Committee to consist of seven members. The Mayor stated that all of tk
should be residents of Carlsbad and live or own property in the Barrio.
The Mayor has named the following members of the Committee: David Valadez, C
Tony Mata, Richard Norman, Father Steven McCall, Joyce Dennison and Claudia G:
