ITEM EXPLANATION: The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements constructed consist of the installation of storm drains and the addition and appurtenant improvements of the following streets: Curlew Terrace, Gull Court, Nightshade Road, Remsen Court, Vireo Court, Sparrow Road and Towhee Lane.
