NEGOTIATIONS
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by Motion, authorize a closed session to discuss employer-employt
relations, salaries, salary schedules and compensation with designated staff as laboi
negotiators with respect to the negotiations with the Carlsbad Firefighters Association (“CFI
and unrepresented employees.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss
employer-employee relations and negotiations pursuant to
Government Code section 54957.6.
