That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss West Coast General,
J.V. v. Citv of Carlsbad - N61626; West Coast General, J.V. v. City of Carlsbad -
N66859; and West Coast General. J.V. v. Citv of Carlsbad - N69002.
