CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS ACQUISITION OF REAL CITY Am. PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE PALOMAR TRANSFER
STATION CITY MGR.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the acquisition or
potential acquisition of real property located on the east side of El Camino Real, north of
Palomar Airport Road in the City of Carlsbad and generally identified as:
Palomar Transfer Station
East side of El Camino Real north of Palomar Airport Road
APN 209-050-25
Approximately 17.196 acres
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.8.
