CA CITY ATTl CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending I follows: I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Coast Waste Manaqement v. County, Case No. 94-1823-S(BTM), and Citv v. Countv, Case No. N66415 pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), and pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to discuss the acquisition or potential acquisition of real property located on of Carlsbad and generally identified as: Palomar Transfer Station East side of El Camino Real north of Palomar Airport Road the east side of El Camino Real, north of Palomar Airport Road in the City APN 209-050-25 Approximately 17.1 96 acres c “ < ..I , && a .$A &pqfd- ah7 0 dpu”-iu &L&L-?d The City Council has been meeting il closed session in an attempt to resolvc certain legal issues surrounding the us( and operation of the Palomar Transfe Station. I am pleased to report tonight that the Cit!
