RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 93- 75 to accept the public improvements, authorize th
record the Notice of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Community Services
commence maintaining the public improvements constructed at the southwest
intersection of Calle Barcelona and Calle Acervo.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has reqi
to accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvem
them to be satisfactory.
The public improvements constructed consist of the installation of street improver
the following streets:
0 Calle Acervo Calle Barcelona
0 Calle San Blas 0 Calle Jalisco
Via Ensenada 0 Camino Coronado
0 Avenida Anacapa Sitio Catana
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Community Services Department will be required to maintain the public improve

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAC
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT:
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE 0
COMPLETION, RELEASE BONDS, AND DIRECT THE COMMUNIT
SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO COMMENCE MAINTAINING THE PUBLI
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER 0
THE INTERSECTION OF CALLE BARCELONA AND CAM AGERW
VISTA SANTA FE AREA “B”. CT 85-09.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installatioi
improvements including the following streets:

0 Calle San Blas 0 Calle Jalisco
Via Ensenada 0 Camino Coronado
0 Avenida Anacapa 0 Sitio Catana .
in the City of Carlsbad, California has been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and direc
the Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds in accordance ~i
and City Ordinances.
