ITEM EXPLANATION: The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements constructed consist of the installation of street improvements including the following street: l Black Rail Court FISCAL IMPACT: The Community Services Department will be required to maintain the public improvements.
