ITEM EXPLANATION: The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements constructed consist of street improvements including the following streets: l Calle Jalisco l Corte Esplendor 0 Sitio Calmar l Avenida Obertura 0 Corte Violeta a Avenida Nieve l Via Mirador 0 Corte Verso l Sitio Musica FISCAL IMPACT: The Community Services Department will be required to maintain the public improvements. That the construction of the above described public improvements are deemed complete and hereby accepted. 3.
