ENG RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. q?- 99 to accept the public improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Community Services Department to commence maintaining the public improvements constructed between Carlsbad Boulevard and Interstate 5, south of Poinsettia Lane. ITEM EXPLANATION: The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements constructed consist of the installation of street improvements including the following streets: 0 Avenida Encinas l Ponto Drive FISCAL IMPACT: The Community Services Department will be required to maintain the public improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the construction of the above described public improvements are deemed complete and hereby accepted. 3.
