That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Warren v. City
of Carlsbad; et al. Case no. 92 0326 E (CM), pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a).
