RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 97- '720 accepting the State Street Sidewalk Repair,
and directing the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion and relea:
accordance with State Law and City Ordinances. I ITEM EXPLANATION:
On August 21, 1996, Castello, Inc., was awarded a contract in the amount oi
State Street Sidewalk Repair.
Castello, Inc., completed the work on February 21, 1997. City forces have in
work and found it to be satisfactory. Staff recommends formal acceptance
Council.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE STATE STREET
SIDEWALK REPAIR, PROJECT NO. 241 1.
WHEREAS, the State Street Sidewalk Repair has been satisfactorily complet
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City c

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the State Street Sidewalk Repair, specifically identified as Project I
deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directec
