ITEM EXPLANATION: At its meeting of April 1, 1997, the City Council directed the City Attorney to prepare doc to approve the proposed street name change on a portion of Poinsettia L Poinsettia/Aviara Parkway and to return with the necessary documents. CALTRA notified the City, by its letter of April 10, 1997, that the proposed street name change me its approval, and that the freeway signs can be modified, (See attached Exhibit No, 3). Those documents approving the proposed street name change and amending the C street name change policy are attached for your consideration.
