That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session. to discuss Coast Waste
Manaaement v. County, Case No. 94-1823-S(BTM); and
City v. County, Case No. N66415 pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
