RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending Iii follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Coast Waste
Manaaement v. County, Case No. 94-1823-S(BTM); and Citv v. Countv,
Case No. N66415, pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a).
