RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 97-#79accepting bids and awarding a contract for the Poi
and Batiquitos Drive Traffic Signal, Project No. 3482.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On March 25, 1997, the City Council approved the plans and specifications for the Poi
and Batiquitos Drive Traffic Signal, and directed the City Clerk to advertise for constr
On May 20, 1997, the following four (4) sealed bids were received:

2. HMS Construction
3. Select Electric

Bids for the project have been reviewed and analyzed. The lowest responsible
