CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.44, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 10.44.080 TO ESTABLISH A PRIMA
FACIE 40 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON CARLSBAD
VILLAGE DRIVE FROM HIGHLAND DRIVE TO ITS
INTERSECTION WITH EL CAMINO REAL.
6 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
7 SECTION 1 : That Title IO, Chapter 10.44, of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is ame

by the revision of Section 10.44.080 to read as follows:
“1 0.44.080 Carlsbad Villaqe Drive:
10 (a) Upon Carlsbad Village Drive from Pi0 Pic0 Drive to its intersection with Hig
Drive, the prima facie speed limit shall be thirty-five miles per hour.
