ITEM EXPLANATION: The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements constructed consist of installation of street improvements, storm drains, sewer and street lights. The following street has been added to the City: Wildrose Terrace. FISCAL IMPACT: The Community Services Department will be required to maintain the public improvements. The valuation of the street improvements and storm drain is $279,748.03.
