ITEM EXPLANATION: The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements constructed consist of installation of street improvements, sewer and storm drains. The following streets have been added into the City: Curlew Terrace and Gull court. FISCAL IMPACT: The Community Services Department will be required to maintain the public improvements. The valuation of the street improvements and storm drains is $395,225. The valuation of the sewer is $101,775. EXHIBITS: 1. Location Map. 2.
