RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No.9?-5r/6 to accept the public improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Community Services Department to commence maintaining the public improvements constructed west of El Camino Real at Ranch0 Carlsbad Drive. ITEM EXPLANATION: The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements constructed consist of the installation of street improvements, sewer, storm drains and median improvements. The following streets have been added to the City: Forecastle Court and Lanyard Place. FISCAL IMPACT: The Community Services Department will be required to maintain the public improvements.
