ITEM EXPLANATION:
The term of Marni Betz expires in June, 1997. She was originally appointed in Octobl
fill an unexpired term, and has served eight months.
The term of Donald Martin expires in June, 1997. He was originally appointed in Jul
fill an unexpired term, and has served three years.
The term of James Page expires in June, 1997. He was originally appointed in July,
has served four years.
The terms of the appointees shall expire in June, 2001.
