RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending lii
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss
Ramos v. Citv of Carlsbad, WCAB Case No. SDO 228712., and
claims pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a).
