RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion authorize a closed session regarding pending
litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss
settlement negotiations in the matter of Citv v. Blum, Case
No. 93-430S(M), pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a).
