DEPT. HD TITLE:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigatic
as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Citv of
Carlsbad v. Andrea Blum, Case No. 93-430S(M), pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
