RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 98-7 accepting the construction of the 1997 Street S
Program, Project No. 3527-S, as complete and directing the City Clerk to rec
Notice of Completion and release bonds in accordance with State Law an(
Ordinances. 1 ITEM EXPLANATION:
On August 5, 1997, Schaefers Parking Lot Service was awarded a contract
amount of $383,957 for the construction of the 1997 Street Sealing Program, F
NO. 3527-S.
Schaefers Parking Lot Service completed the work on October 28, 1997. City
have inspected said work and found it to be satisfactory. Staff recommends
acceptance by the City Council.

OF THE 1997 STREET SEALING PROGRAM, PROJECT NO.

WHEREAS, the construction of the 1997 Street Sealing Program, Project No. 3

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car 9
