RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the acquisition or
potential acquisition of real property located along Faraday Avenue and El Camino Real in the
City of Carlsbad and generally identified as:
Beckman Instruments, Inc.
South side of Faraday Avenue, with frontage along
El Carnino Real, in the Palornar Airport industrial area
Carlsbad. California
APN 209-050-29
+25.85 acre vacant parcel
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
54956.8.
