That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the acquisition or
potential acquisition of real property located north of College and west of El Camino Real and
generally identified as:
The Steindorf Family Trust
Albert and Sondra Steindorf, Co-Trustees

and
Barbara J. (Higdon) Nichols, Trustee

I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
