TITLE: I CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation
as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss the Matter
of the Application of San Diego Gas & Electric Company (U 902E) for
Authority to Sell Electrical Generation Facilities and Power Contracts,
A-97-12-039, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
