RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 78 - /7 0 approving plans and specifications and authorizing the

ITEM EXPLANATION:
Staff recommends approval of the plans and specifications to construct Cannon R
LEGO Drive to its future intersection with Faraday Avenue. Features of the constructic

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CANNON
ROAD WEST REACH 1 FROM LEGO DRIVE TO FARADAY AVENUE,
PROJECT NO. 31 84.
6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has deterr
7 necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct Cannon Road West React-
8 LEGO Drive to Faraday Avenue; and
9 WHEREAS, the Planning Director has determined that this project described in E
