Mr. David Lother 12636 High Bluff Road, Suite 300 San Diego, CA 92130 RE: QUITCLAIM OF ACCESS EASEMENT FOR RANCH0 CARRILLO PARK -MP-139 Enclosed for your reference are copies of Council Agenda Bill 14,718 and Resolution No. 98-182 which were approved by the Carlsbad City Council on June 16,1998. Also enclosed are copies of the signed Quitclaim Deed of Easement and our letter to the Recorder’s Office requesting recordation. Normally, a quitclaim deed is sent to the grantee who has it recorded. This time Engineering instructions were for the City Clerk to have the document recorded, and it was prepared with the Ciis return address on it. The City does not need the original recorded quitclaim deed. I have placed a note in our “transmittal to Recorder files” directing the original Quitclaim Deed be sent to your attention when it is returned by the Recorder’s Office. It can take up to 7 weeks for a document to be returned to us after recordation. I hope that this does not present a problem for you. ,’ .;/’ ,7 .,.’ *;, x &gyT .;.L2.- c y.,,,j+ _ J -‘r-N r L.>7-r L/p- KATHLEEN D.
