CLOSED SESSION THREATENED PENDING
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding threatened pending
litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Ramos v. City
of Carlsbad, WCAB Case No. SDO 228712 and claims, pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(a).
