RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation
as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss -of
Carlsbad v. Kelly, Case No. N73929., pursuant to Government Code
section 54956.9(a).
